The Villa Carl in Feldafing , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Starnberg , was built between 1910 and 1912. The villa at Höhenbergstraße 35 is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey mansard roof building in geometrical Art Nouveau style was built for the publisher Hans Carl according to plans by the architect Richard Riemerschmid . The house with a tail gable - dwarf and clinker brick structure has the completely preserved original interior.

The park is a former part of Feldafing's Lenné Park from the 1860s, some of which was redesigned after 1910. The kitchen garden was also laid out by Riemerschmid. The farm building, a single-storey hipped roof building , was built in 1913/14.
