Villa Dora (Flower Street)

The Villa Dora is located at Blumenstrasse 11 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1892/1893, presumably according to plans by the architect Carl Käfer .

The contractor and foreman Friedrich August Wolf Moritz applied for in May 1892 probably designed by the architect Carl beetles, the construction of today along with fencing under monument protection standing Villa , whose construction audit carried out in February 1893rd

The small single-storey residential building stands on a quarry stone base and has an eaves gable roof . In the four-axis street view there is an elevated, two-storey central projectile with a hipped roof , the eaves of which are supported by carved consoles .

In the left side view there is an entrance porch with a round arch portal. There is a side wing on the back of the building.

The plaster facades by pilasters and cornices divided, the windows are by jamb edged and be Verdachungen crowned.

The fence consists of elaborate iron fence panels between sandstone pillars.

Wolf had applied for the construction of the Villa Susanne as early as 1889, followed by the Villa Brésil at Blumenstrasse 16 in 1899 .
