Keith Edwin Walker (born December 21, 1930 in Manchester ) is an English football referee .

From 1961 to 1972 Keith Walker from Maidstone in Kent worked as a referee in the then first-class Football League First Division . He was also referee the Northern Irish Cup final of 1968, in the Crusaders FC from Belfast whose city rivals Linfield FC 2: 0 defeated.

From 1970 to 1973 he was also registered as a FIFA referee. At the international level, he headed two qualifying games for the 1974 World Cup in October and November 1972 , in which Yugoslavia and Spain, as well as Belgium and the Netherlands, each tied. In the same year he was also active in three games of the Taça Independência in Brazil, where he acted as linesman in the final, in which Brazil defeated Portugal 1-0.

In October 1972, he announced his resignation as a referee at the end of the year to accept a professional assignment with Sheffield United FC .
