Villa Eduard-Bilz-Strasse 18

The Villa Eduard-Bilz-Straße 18 is located in the original district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , on the corner of Meißner Straße. It was built in 1883 by the master builders, the Ziller brothers , and in 1906, the architect Oskar Menzel gave it a single-storey extension for a dining room.

description

The two-storey, under monument protection standing villa stands on a corner lot obtuse. Because the main view is oriented towards Eduard-Bilz-Straße, the building is at an angle to Meißner Straße. There is a single-storey extension at the rear of the building.

The plastered building has a broken stone base and a hipped roof . The main view is centrally symmetrical, it shows a projections which at roof height of a balustrade is complete, on the one located dormer window with gable roof rises. In front of the risalits there is a standing bay with an exit on top. The windows are framed by sandstone walls.
