Villa Frieda (Serkowitz)
The Villa Frieda is located in the Serkowitz district of Radebeul in Saxony , at Gohliser Straße 4. It was built around 1875.
description
The country house-like villa, which is now listed along with the enclosure and ancillary buildings, is single-storey with a knee-length floor and has a gable roof on top . The eaves-side main view of the street shows a two-storey central projectile with a rafter gable . In the right side view there is an entrance porch.
The plastered building has plaster structures and sandstone structures, the windows have roofs and shutters.
On the right side of the property is the listed annex building with a monopitch roof, the rear wall of which on the property boundary to the neighbor leans against the mirror-inverted annex building at Gohliser Straße 2.
The enclosure consists of an iron fence between sandstone pillars.
