Villa Hölderlinstrasse 9 (Radebeul)

The villa at Hölderlinstrasse 9 is located in the original district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in the years 1892-1894 by the building contractor Gebrüder Ziller in Moritzstrasse , which they developed themselves and named after Moritz Ziller as the older brother.

The two-storey, listed villa is located on a corner plot of land facing Schildenstrasse.

The building stands on a polygonal masonry base. At the top, the house is closed off by a flattened hipped roof with a roof platform, which was expanded in 1952 and recently renewed. To the street front, the roof bears a simple hatch in the middle , just like in the side view. The street view, which is four window axes wide, has a deep, single-storey porch with an exit on the left, which is secured by a grid. A flight of stairs leads from the veranda to the front garden . The ground floor window as all the windows by Sandsteingewände edged are, by Dreiecksgiebel- Verdachungen decorated.

On the back of the plastered building, which has a reduced structure, there is a side wing, in the right side view an entrance porch.

The enclosure is a Holzstaketenzaun between sandstone pillars.
