In the right side view there is an entrance porch.

The windows are framed by sandstone walls and protected by roofs . The first floor windows originally had shutters .

history

The original single-storey building was erected in 1884 by Carl Moritz Hoyer from Reichenberg . In 1892 the owner Henriette Hippe, who gave the building its name, had her house enlarged by adding one floor. The execution was carried out by the Niederneukirch master carpenter Erich Wobst.

In 1907 the original fence was moved back because of the widening of Meißner Straße.

In June 1924 the future mayor Heinrich Severit married Linda Fata, who lived with her parents in this house (at that time as Leipziger Strasse 47). The couple had two children and lived in their parents' house for many years while Severit ran the B. Fata import business . After the appointment as Lord Mayor, the move to Hindenburgstrasse 49 (today Hauptstrasse 49), i. H. in the former Oberlößnitz town hall , which was rededicated as a residential building.
