The Villa Maffei in Feldafing , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Starnberg , was built in 1901. The villa at Seestraße 4 is a protected monument .

The asymmetrically grouped two-wing building in reform style was built for Reichsrat Hugo von Maffei according to plans by the architect Emanuel von Seidl . The park fence with iron gate and fence was built at the same time, as was the gardener's, greenhouse and garage.
