Villa Marie

The Villa Marie is located in the district Oberlößnitz the Saxon town of Radebeul , in the main road  64. It was in 1898 for Carl Heinrich Wölfel by the architect Adolf Neumann built.

The two-story, listed rental villa stands on a high base and is closed on top by a flattened hipped roof.

In the four-axis main view, on the right, there is a two-axis side elevation with a truncated pyramid roof , in which there is a roof house facing the street with twin windows and an ornate triangular gable. To the left of the risalit there is a gable dormer in the roof .

In the right, northern, side view, there is also a side elevation on the right, i.e. towards the rear of the building. A two-storey wooden veranda with the entrance porch built in 1908 stands in front of the reserve on the left .

The facades are richly structured by cornices and plaster strips as well as corner blocks. The windows are framed by sandstone walls. The ground floor windows are protected by horizontal roofs , and plastered parapet mirror fields are located under the windows. The upper floor windows are supported by brackets below , and above the windows there is stucco ornamentation.
