history

The master builder Paul Gottlieb Kunze built a richly structured, country house-like villa in 1878. In 1907 it was rebuilt by the builder FA Bernhard Große while the facades were remodeled.

The building was the last residence of the successful former Leipzig photographer and Niederlößnitz community elder Alfred Naumann , who had previously lived 400 meters as the crow flies in a villa at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 3 .
