description

The villas in Rosenstrasse 1905: to the left above the junction of Bergstrasse is No. 9

The villa, which is now a listed building , stands on a corner property facing Bergblick Street. The two-storey house has a flattened hipped roof . The residential building, originally built in the neo-baroque style, after simplifying the façade, appears today as a "reduced plastered building with simplified structures and removed stucco decor" around 1930.

In the main view of Rosenstrasse there is a risalit with a triangular gable in the middle , which was formerly designed as a volute gable with a segmented arch crown. To the left of this view is a massive porch in front of the rear deck .

In the left side view, facing the Bergblick street, there is a side elevation of the same shape as the central elevation of the main view. In the right side view, the entrance is also in a risalit, in front of which there is a pillar-supported balcony.
