Recuva is a free program for data recovery for hard disk drives and removable media . It is compatible with Windows from Windows XP and also supports 64-bit systems.
The manufacturer states that the program recovers lost files on Windows computers as well as on memory cards and MP3 players .
Different versions of the program are available for download. In addition to the normal version, a portable version can also be downloaded.
