description

The two-storey detached villa with a garden is built in solid construction and equipped with a mansard roof . The fence around the corner building at Wallkürenallee / Hubertusallee is still partly original.

The two faces are equipped with gabled risalits ; towards the intersection, an octagonal corner tower with a flat top is placed on the rounded upper floor . In front of the mezzanine floor are polygonal extensions, which are structured by narrow pilaster strips and close to the upper floor with an ornamental frieze . These continue the horizontal band structure of the basement with its barred cellar windows. Balcony parapets were added later.

On the mezzanine floor and on the upper floor, lattice windows with a rectangular finish were used, and segmented arched windows in the risalit and corner tower area. The windows on the upper floor have a wider frame. The facade is smoothly plastered and had a stucco ornamentation with vertical and horizontal bands as well as plant ornaments characteristic of the time of construction .
