The Villa Steinbrügge is located in Bremen , Vegesack district, Vegesack district, Weserstraße 85, on the high banks of the Weser . It was built around 1840. The building has been a listed building in Bremen since 1984 .

history

The two-storey, plastered villa with a hipped roof , a base or basement storey and the distinctive three-storey central risalit was built around 1840 in the classicist era for the merchant Georg Hinrich Steinbrügge.

Several extensions with apartments were added laterally and towards the Weser at the end of the 20th century. Today (2018) the building is used for living.
