Villa Zillerstraße 6

description

Today, together with the enclosure under monument protection standing villa like Villa is very similar to a few years later built residential buildings in the Eduard-Bilz-Straße 31 to 35 in Oberlößnitz .

The traufständig the street aligned eineinhalbgeschossige building stands on a plaster base; it has a knee stick above its first floor . The far overhanging, flat gable roof with rafter gables is supported by beams decorated with brackets. In the four-axis street view there is a two-axis, two-storey risalit with a rafter gable and a window combination in the gable consisting of a twin window, next to which there are two small medallions and above which there are two small round windows. On the right and left of the knee there are oval windows. In front of the risalit is a single-storey wooden veranda with a flight of stairs to the garden.

The gable ends of the building are triaxial. On the ground floor they consist of two rectangular windows standing outside with a medallion-like decorative element in between, in the gable itself they are formed by a central twin coupling window and two flanking smaller windows.

The windows are framed by walls made of sandstone, some with horizontal roofs. The facade structure of the smoothly plastered villa consists of corner pilasters and cornices towards the knee.

At the rear of the building there is an elongated but flatter side wing with a gable roof, to which a small pull-out house is attached.

The enclosure consists of picket fence fields between sandstone pillars.
