Vincent Logan

Vincent Paul Logan (born June 30, 1941 in Bathgate , Scotland ) is Bishop Emeritus of Dunkeld .

Life

Vincent Logan received on 14 March 1964, the sacrament of the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Saint Andrews and Edinburgh .

On January 26, 1981, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Dunkeld. The Archbishop of Saint Andrews and Edinburgh, Gordon Cardinal Gray , donated him episcopal ordination on February 26th of that year ; Co- consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Dunkeld, William Andrew Hart , and Archbishop of Glasgow , Thomas Joseph Winning .

On June 30, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI. Vincent Logan's request for resignation due to illness.
