Vincent Samuel
Vincent Samuel (born August 10, 1950 in Ayroor , Kerala , India ) is an Indian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Neyyattinkara .
Life
Vincent Samuel received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Trivandrum on December 19, 1975 .
On 14 June 1996 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the Bishops of Neyyattinkara . The Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples , Cardinal Jozef Tomko , ordained him episcopal on November 1st of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Trivandrum, Maria Callist Soosa Pakiam , and the Bishop of Quilon , Joseph Gabriel Fernandez .
