Violet Olney

Violet Olney (born May 22, 1911 , † January 1999 in Addlestone ) was a British athlete and Olympian.

At the XI. At the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin she won the team silver medal in the 4 x 100 meter relay race together with her teammates Eileen Hiscock , Audrey Brown and Barbara Burke behind the team from the USA (gold) and in front of the team from Canada (bronze) .

With a height of 1.62 m, her competition weight was 56 kg.
