Vista Georgia was founded in 2010. In the course of the civil war in Libya and the resulting destruction of a large part of the fleet of Libyan airlines and the resulting flight ban of Libyan companies for European airspace, Vista Georgia rented four aircraft to Afriqiyah Airways and Air Libya .
The company ceased operations in 2015.
