The Vivatis Holding AG is an Upper Austrian food company and Agrarvermarktungs- and distribution company based in Linz .

Vivatis Holding was founded on March 24, 1999 from “Austria Milch- und Fleischvermarktung” (AMF) and is one of the largest producers of food and beverages in Austria today . The company is wholly owned by the “Private Foundation for the Preservation of Locations in Upper Austria”, which in turn is wholly owned by Raiffeisenlandesbank Upper Austria (RLB OÖ).

Vivatis employed 2,685 people in 2019 and generated sales of 840 million euros, around 20% of which can be attributed to export revenues. The foreign markets are Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Italy.

Around 100,000 tons of meat and milk from Austria are processed every year.
