history

The company was founded in 2012 in Frankfurt am Main , when the furniture manufacturers MAJA and STAUD were merged. The company's headquarters were relocated to Munich in February 2013.

Subsidiaries and locations

fm office furniture

The company with production in Bösel was incorporated into the Vivonio Group in 2017. In March 2019, FM Büromöbel took over the production site of the insolvent R. Prenneis Möbelwerke in Ampflwang, Austria, in the Hausruckwald .

KA Interiør

The Danish manufacturer of cabinets was taken over by Vivonio in 2018. Production is located in Grindsted .

Leuwico

The office furniture manufacturer, founded in 1923 with production facilities in Wiesenfeld near Coburg , was taken over by Vivonio in 2016.

MAJA furniture

The company was founded in 1964 in Kulmbach- Melkendorf . In 1972 the foundation stone was laid for the MAJA plant in Kasendorf . In 1990 a subsidiary with production was founded in Wittichenau .

Noteborn

The manufacturer of bedroom furniture with production in Heerlen , the Netherlands , was taken over by Vivonio in 2017.

Martin Staud

Staud has existed in Bad Saulgau since 1653 . Today 170 employees work for Staud.
