Vladan Marković ( Serbian - Cyrillic Владан Марковић ; born March 20, 1977 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian swimmer and president of the Belgrade swimming club PK Zlatni Delfin.

Career

Marković took part in a total of four Olympic Games in his career. In 1996 in Atlanta he finished 28th as a 19-year-old and for Yugoslavia swimming over 100 meters and 200 meters butterfly.

From 2000 in Sydney he only competed over 200 meters butterfly and failed in the preliminary run. 2000 as 21st, 2004 in Athens as 31st and 2008 in Beijing as 43.

Marković won his only medals in major international competitions at the Mediterranean Games in Bari in 1997 and in Tunis in 2001 , when he was third in the 100 meters and in 1997 also in the 200 meters butterfly.

In Serbia he is one of the best swimmers with several national best performances and national championship titles.
