Vladimir Lalo Nikolić

Vladimir Lalo Nikolić (* 1941 in Zagreb ) is a Croatian- German architect and exhibition architect .

life and work

Nikolić was born in Zagreb in 1941 and studied architecture at the University of Zagreb from 1960 to 1965 . He became an employee at the Schuster architectural office in Graz. From 1976 he ran his own architectural office. From 1976 he taught as a professor at the University of Kassel before he was appointed as a university professor at the RWTH Aachen .

Vladimir Lalo Nikolić, the exhibition architect of documenta 8 , built new rooms in the rooms that were rotated three degrees to the axis of the old house in front of the walls of the exhibition halls from plasterboard .

In 2005 Vladimir Lalo Nikolić, Jörg Rekittke and Kunibert Wachten submitted a concept for the design of Picassoplatz in Münster .
