Vladimir Tsvetkov ( Russian Владимир Цветков, German transliteration Wladimir Zwetkow ; born November 2, 1980 in Moscow ) is a Russian - German figure skater , trainer and choreographer .

biography

Vladimir Tsvetkov started skating at the age of three. The ice dancer initially ran in Russia with Julia Larina . In November 1997 he moved to Germany to join his new sporting partner, Miriam Steinel . The couple starting for the Munich EV were trained by Martin Skotnický in Oberstdorf . Tsvetkov ended his amateur career in 2004 because he couldn't find a new partner after Miriam Steinel's ice dancing career ended.

In 2006 Tsvetkov finished his training as an advertising clerk. Today he works as a trainer and choreographer in Berlin . In autumn 2006 he took part in the Pro7 show " Stars auf Eis ", his partner here was Heike Drechsler .
