The Vobbia (in Ligurian : Vöbbia ) is a river in the Italian region of Liguria . It rises in the metropolitan city of Genoa from the confluence of the Vallenzona and Fabio streams . The Vobbia runs in a north-westerly direction and flows into the Scrivia at Isola del Cantone .

On the banks of the Vobbia is the Castello della Pietra , a medieval rock castle . In the further course, at the tributary of the Rio Busti , there is the bridge of Zan and finally the pilgrimage church of Tuscia at Isola del Cantone .
