Volker Freiherr Truchseß from and to Wetzhausen
Volker Freiherr Truchseß von und zu Wetzhausen (born February 28, 1936 in Wetzhausen ) is a German politician ( SPD ).
Truchseß attended elementary school and the Matthias-Grünewald-Gymnasium in Würzburg , where he graduated from high school. He studied law, economics, languages, history and art history in Würzburg and Madrid . He passed the 1st state examination in law, was a trainee lawyer in Würzburg, Mönchengladbach and Speyer and then received the 2nd state examination in law. Afterwards he was a government assessor at the administrative court in Würzburg and at the Julius-Spital-Stiftung Würzburg and a councilor at the Gerolzhofen district office . Then he was transferred to the government of Lower Franconia , was a senior councilor and a senior government director. D.
In 1966 Truchseß became a member of the SPD. He was a member of the Würzburg city council and from 1970 to 1986 a member of the Bavarian state parliament .
