The Kleine Spital is a building in the listed old town of Weißenburg in Bavaria in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen . The building is located on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße , opposite the Spitalkirche and near the market square. The building with the address Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 10 is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-152 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

In 1447 a civil hospital was set up in Weißenburg. The hospital system was an important source of money for the town and church, which is why the small hospital was added to the hospital church in 1586. In 1729 it was made Baroque by Gabriel de Gabrieli . From 1925 to 1935 and 1954 to 1966, the Weißenburg City Library was located in the Small Hospital. The small hospital is a two-storey mansard roof building . Today it is used as a commercial building.
