Volker Helfrich

Volker Helfrich (born June 27, 1967 in Kaiserslautern ) is a German actor who works mainly in China .

Life

After studying acting at the Genzmer Drama School in Wiesbaden, he worked at the theater and played in various German TV productions. In 2006 Volker Helfrich went to China to get to know the language and the country. Since the actor was not successful in Germany, he soon returned to Beijing to live there. He initially earned his living as a photo model. After initial difficulties, Helfrich is now working successfully under the name Fuleke (福 fu: happiness- 乐le: joy- 克 ke: gram) in Chinese film and television productions.

Volker Helfrich is fluent in the Chinese language Mandarin, both spoken and written. He also speaks French and English .
