people

The folk dance group is inextricably linked with the name Hermann Frieser, honorary citizen of the former municipality of Massenricht, recipient of the 2007 Hanns Seidel Foundation Prize and long-time local carer of the Amberg-Sulzbach district . He founded the folk dance group and has chaired it ever since.

From the group grew out of the group Hans Wild, also long-time district home nurse of the district Amberg-Sulzbach, who for years taught the Kirwapaaren in the district Amberg-Sulzbach to dance.
