Sierra Leone Census

A census in Sierra Leone takes place in the West African state as recommended by the President ; as a rule, this happens every ten years in accordance with international practice. The population censuses in Sierra Leone are carried out by the state agency Statistics Sierra Leone based on "The Census Act, 2002". The last census was in December 2015.
