Full-wheel coachman
Vollrad Kutscher (* 1945 in Braunschweig ) is a German artist. He works across all disciplines in the areas of installation, light art, performance and art in public spaces. Kutscher lives and works in Frankfurt am Main.
Life
After studying at the University Institute for Art and Craft Education in Mainz (1968 to 1972), Kutscher worked as a freelance artist in Frankfurt. In addition to his artistic work, he takes on numerous teaching positions, including a. at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt , at the F + F School for Art and Media Design in Zurich, at the University of Lüneburg , at the Offenbach University of Design and at the Saar University of Fine Arts in Saarbrücken. In 1992 he took over a visiting professorship at the University of Kassel and in 1999 a visiting professorship at the University of Giessen . Kutscher also works as a curator in the fields of performance and video art.
