Vorland is a district of the municipality of Splietsdorf in the Vorpommern-Rügen district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

The district is located in the western district of the municipality; to the west is the district of Angerode and to the north the district of Hohenbarnekow of the municipality of Gremersdorf-Buchholz . The Quitzin district of Splietsdorf borders to the west , while the Kirch Baggendorf district of the municipality of Gransebieth lies in the south .

Economy, transport and infrastructure
There are several farms in the village, as well as holiday home operators and a restaurant. The Vorland road , which opens up the town, runs through the district from the west . There is a connection to Grimmen, Rolofshagen and Tribsees via bus route 312 .
