Today the main owners are among others AOL Time Warner and Limited Brands .

The building is at 1114 Avenue of the Americas (also known as 6th Avenue), but the main entrance is on 42nd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. Near the building are Bryant Park , the New York Public Library , the Bank of America Tower (also known as One Bryant Park), and the American Radiator Building .

One of the architectural features of the building is the sloping sides of the building at 42nd and 43nd Streets; Another detail that goes back to the architect Gordon Bunshaft, who had the Solow Building built in a similar style. Another feature is the building's white window frames, which make the skyscraper appear larger and slimmer in the area surrounded by dark facades.

In 2005, the City University of New York opened an information center on the building's ground floor to support prospective students.
