The Waddington Glacier is a 5 km long glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows in a west-north-westerly direction along the south side of Ugolini Peak in the Colwell massif to the Palais Glacier .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1994 after the US geophysicist Edward D. Waddington (* 1950) from the University of Washington , who was involved in extensive glaciological studies of the Taylor Dome from 1990 onwards .
