Vadim Nikolajewitsch Glowazki ( Russian Вадим Николаевич Гловацкий ; born January 1, 1970 in Temirtau , Kazakh SSR ; † January 5, 2015 in Chelyabinsk , Russia ) was a Kazakh ice hockey player who worked for the HK tractor from 1985 to 2006, among others Chelyabinsk , HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk , Severstal Tscherepowez , HK Spartak Moscow and HK Sibir Novosibirsk has played in the Russian Super League .
Career
Wadim Glowazki began his career as an ice hockey player at HK Metallurg Chelyabinsk , for whose professional team he was active in the second Soviet division from 1985 to 1988. In the summer of 1990, the defender moved to the city neighbor HK tractor Chelyabinsk , with whom he took third place in the CIS championship in the 1992/93 season. He then received a contract with HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk , for which he was active in the Russian Super League for the following seven years . With Magnitogorsk he won the European Hockey League in 1999 and 2000, respectively . He was also in the 1998/99 season with the team from Chelyabinsk Oblast for the first time in his career Russian champions . Last year he was runner-up and cup winner with his team. In the 2000/01 season, the Kazakh with Metallurg could repeat winning the championship.
For the 2002/03 season Glowazki moved to Severstal Tscherepowez , but left the team again after only three games and joined its league rivals HK Spartak Moscow . After two years at HK Sibir Novosibirsk , the 1998 Olympic participant was hired by his ex-club HK Metschel Chelyabinsk, where he started his professional career in 1985. In this he ended his career at the age of 36 following the 2005/06 season.

For Kazakhstan , Glowazki took part in the B-World Cup in 1997 and the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano .
