The Wagner Nunatak is an 850 m high nunatak in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the group of Rambo Nunatakkers in the Pensacola Mountains, it rises 15 km south of the Blackburn Nunatak .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after John K. Wagner, radiation scientist on the plateau station in the Antarctic winter of 1967.
