The Wall rock is a 980 m high rock in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains it rises 6 km north of the Robbins-Nunatak in the Schmidt Hills .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after John Wall, a member of the Electronics Test Unit of the United States Air Force in the Pensacola Mountains from 1957 to 1958.
