Walle is a district of the Lower Saxony municipality of Winsen (Aller) in the district of Celle in the Lüneburg Heath .

Walle is located on a country road between Winsen (Aller) and Bergen (Celle district) on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath in Lower Saxony . Walle has access to the B3 between Celle and Bergen through a forest path. The small town with less than 1000 inhabitants is located on a small hill about 60 meters high in relation to Winsen (Aller).

Walle is divided into an older area "below" on the country road and a newer settlement "above". The settlement was built around a now closed brick kiln , whose clay pit became the now privately owned Achimsee. That is why the settlement is also called "The Brickworks". "The village", as the older part is also called, consists of the old farmhouses, a kindergarten and a sports home.

The commitment of the members of various associations, but also of all other citizens, enables the small town to continue to develop despite shrinking public budgets. There is also a large shooting and sports club as well as a marching band with around 30 members. Also worth mentioning are the “brother tree”, which stands east of the village in the forest and around which one of the many heaths is said to grow, as well as the internationally renowned horse breeding “Amselhof”.
