Stedden is part of the municipality of Winsen (Aller) in the Lower Saxony district of Celle . The population of the village, which is located directly on the Aller and near the Örtze , is around 300 inhabitants. In 2010 the place celebrated its 775th anniversary.

On February 1, 1971, Stedden was incorporated into the municipality of Winsen (Aller).
