Wallula is a census-designated place in Walla Walla County in the US state of Washington . At the 2000 census, the population was 197 people.

Demographics
At the time of the United States Census 2000 Wallula inhabited 197 people. The population density was 760.6 people per km ². There were 64 housing units at an average of 247.1 per km ². Wallula's population was 87.31% white , 1.02% Native American , 11.68% said to be of other races , and 16.75% of the population said to be Hispanic or Latinos of any race.
The residents of Wallula were distributed across 60 households out of which 45.0% had children under 18 years of age. 61.7% of households were married, 11.7% had a female head of the household without a husband and 20.0% were not families. 8.3% of households were made up of individuals and someone lived in 1.7% of all households aged 65 years or older. The average household size was 3.28 and the average family size was 3.38 people.
