Walter Engelhardt (politician)
Walter Engelhardt (born February 15, 1939 in Würzburg ) is a German teacher and politician ( SPD ).
Engelhardt attended the secondary school and the University of Education in Bayreuth . He was first a primary school teacher and then a main teacher.
Walter Engelhardt was chairman of the SPD district association Bayreuth-Land and chairman of the SPD sub-district Bayreuth . He was councilor in Mistelbach , member of the County Council Bayreuth, the district Tags of Upper Franconia , the SPD Media Council from 1978 to 1998, two decades a member of the Bavarian Parliament . There he belonged to the committees for the public service, the cultural policy committee and the budget committee , was a member of the council of elders and most recently deputy chairman of the SPD parliamentary group .
Walter Engelhardt is married and has three children.
