Walter Lessing
Walter Armand Lessing (born May 21, 1881 in Oberlahnstein , † March 1, 1967 in Oberlahnstein) was a German politician .
Life
Lessing was the son of the industrialist Anton Lessing and father of Clemens Lessing .
He was a city council member, founder and district chairman of the Europa-Union Lahnstein.
In 1961 the city of Oberlahnstein made the local politician and promoter of cultural life an honorary citizen and in 1968 named Dr.-Walter-Lessing-Strasse after him.
