Walter Schönenberger (pedagogue)
Walter Schönenberger (* 1921 or 1922 ; † December 3, 2005 ) was a Swiss educator .
Life
Schönenberger received his doctorate in 1959 from the University of Zurich with a thesis on preferences and rejections in children's groups (published as a book under the title Social Relations in Children's Groups: A Social Psychological Study of the Mutual Relationships of Children in School Classes ). He received his habilitation and became rector of the Rorschach teachers' college . He was also President of the Cantonal Seminar Rectors' Conference in St. Gallen .
