Walther Brühl

Walther Brühl (born October 5, 1894 in Spiegel , Province of Posen ; † September 18, 1986 ) was a German politician of the All-German Bloc / Federation of Expellees and Disenfranchised ( GB / BHE ).

Life and work

Brühl, a trained teacher, came from the province of Posen , where he was director of a vocational school . After the war he came to Schleswig as a displaced person .

Political party

In 1950, Brühl helped found the GB / BHE .

MP

Brühl was a member of the state parliament in Schleswig-Holstein from 1950 to 1954 . He represented the constituency of Schleswig-West in parliament and was chairman of the committee for public welfare. The Landtag elected him a member of the second Federal Assembly , which on July 17, 1954 re-elected Theodor Heuss as Federal President.
