Warrior Sports is a sporting goods manufacturer of lacrosse and ice hockey equipment, including protective equipment such as ice hockey helmets , gloves, sticks , shin guards, shoulder and elbow guards, goalkeeping equipment and sports textiles. The company's headquarters are in Warren, Michigan . The company was founded by Dave Morrow in 1993 and has been a subsidiary of New Balance since 2004 .

The company was founded in 1993 by Dave Morrow as Warrior Lacrosse . On February 1, 2004 , it was acquired by New Balance . In 2005, Warrior Sports took over Innovative Hockey and a year later the sporting goods manufacturer Brine, which was founded in 1922 . Both companies were integrated into the hockey and lacrosse divisions. For several years Warrior also offered articles in the field of football and was among other things equipment supplier to Liverpool FC , this field was later given to the parent company New Balance to support their entry into this segment.

Warrior supports various college lacrosse teams of the NCAA , as well as professional teams in the major league lacrosse and the lacrosse national team of the Canadian men.
