Varvariwka ( Ukrainian Варварівка ; Russian Варваровка Varvarowka ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Oblast Dnipropetrovsk with about 1400 inhabitants (2006).
The village, first mentioned in 1744, is located on the left bank of the Mala Terniwka ( Мала Тернівка ), a 55 km long right tributary of the Samara and on the regional road P-51 . The Dnipro Oblast Center is about 90 km southwest and the Jurivka Rajon center 4 km northeast of Varvarivka. The village has a train station on the Kharkiv - Pavlohrad railway line .
Warwariwka is the administrative center of a 63.84 square kilometer district municipality within the Raion Jurjiwka with about 1,600 inhabitants that even the villages Werbske ( Вербське ) Wessela Hirka ( Весела Гірка ) Wjasiwske-Wodjane ( В'язівське-Водяне ) Prysowe ( Призове ), Schyroka Balka ( Широка Балка ) and Jurjiwske ( Юр'ївське ) belong.
