Warwick Smith (born June 1, 1971 in Perth ) is a Scottish curler .

Smith won his first medal at the 1996 World Championships in Hamilton. As a skip , he led his team to the final, which they lost 6-2 to Canada.

In 1999 Smith became world champion curling for the first time. The team of Skip Hammy McMillan the final against Canada with 6 could: 5 stones decide for themselves. In the same year he also won the European Championship for the first time.

At the 2002 World Cup, he led his team to the bronze medal in Bismarck, USA. The game for 3rd place was won 6: 5 against the USA. For the British Olympic team, Smith played in third place at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City . The team finished seventh in the end.

In 2005 he played in David Murdoch's team at the European Championships in Germany and won the bronze medal.

Smith celebrated his second world championship title in 2006 in Lowell, USA . Playing for David Murdoch again, the Scottish team beat Canada 7-4.

As an alternate , Smith played at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin on Team Great Britain with Skip David Murdoch, Third Craig Wilson , Second Ewan MacDonald and Lead Euan Byers . In the game for third place, the British team lost to the US team led by Skip Pete Fenson with 6: 8 stones and finished fourth.
