World Curling Championship 2006

The 2006 World Curling Championships for men and women were held separately in time and space.

The men's tournament was held April 1 through April 9 at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell , Massachusetts . The women played their tournament (officially called the 2006 Ford World Women's Curling Championship ) from March 18 to March 26 at the Canada Games Arena in the Canadian city ​​of Grande Prairie , Alberta .
