The Waseeka Wildlife Sanctuary is a 229 acres (92.7 ha ) comprehensive protected area in Hopkinton in the state of Massachusetts of the United States . It is administered by the Massachusetts Audubon Society .
Protected area
The reserve consists of a lake surrounded by forest. In particular, forest and water birds such as the hut warbler , helmeted woodpecker , great blue heron , osprey and great horned owl can be observed, but the flora is also very diverse. There are 1 mi (1.6 km ) of hiking trails available to visitors. Irregular promotions can be booked through the Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary .
