The house at Wassertorstraße 12 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
location
The building is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg in the Westendorf district . To the east is the also listed building on Wassertorstraße 11 and to the west by building Wassertorstraße 13 . The house is registered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The two-storey plastered building is built in half-timbered construction. The plastering took place in the 19th century. It is possible that the basement was also renewed during this time. The upper floor is probably older. Noteworthy is the window located on the upper floor are window surrounds with Eckdiamantierung and fluting .
The garden belonging to the house is located at the rear and extends along the slope to the Mühlgraben .
